He Presents Us Faultless

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to God our Savior, who alone is wise, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen”.
Jude 1:24-25 NKJV

Jesus keeps us from stumbling. From losing our footing and helps us stand firm in our salvation so that we don’t have to guess about it. No matter what sins are brought back to our thinking or what wave of doctrine is brought before us, we know and are firmly footed in the truth of the Gospel and the redemptive work of Christ. I know sometimes we might have doubts and wonder how God ever forgave our past, (some of us had to be forgiven a little more than others) but that’s what he did. He forgave us and presented us faultless before God our Savior with no shame or guilt attached.

Some people will forgive us but will constantly remind us of the offense we have caused, but not God. In fact, He forgives us and then leaves no lasting residue. None! But then He even goes an undeserved step further and leaves us with exceeding joy. Why? Because not only does He forgives, but He forgets. Not to forget it just to bring it back up later, but erases it totally. That is something to shout about and be joyous for. His forgiveness is settled and done. Forgiven AND forgotten. We are faultless before Him because of the redemptive blood of Jesus. Be glory and majesty, dominion and power to Him for this joy.
